The hotel had an impressive combination of riokan and western style. The room was very large and comfortable with high ceilings. The cleanliness was impeccable. The staff provided excellent service, especially the restaurant staff who went above and beyond to overcome language barriers. The location was convenient, with stores and supermarkets nearby, and the hotel offered a free shuttle to the transportation hub in the morning.
Nothing, all great.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings and nice twin beds. The hotel's location was convenient, close to stores and supermarkets, which made it ideal for us. We also appreciated the fact that they provided a breakfast, which was more than we expected.
The bath towels provided were small and thin, which was a bit disappointing. the hotel lacked a car park, which made it difficult for guests who had a car.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel during our city trip. the spacious room provided us with all the comfort we needed and the friendly staff made us feel very welcome. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food served in the restaurant, and the fact that there was also a free shuttle to the nearest station made exploring the city and its surroundings very convenient.

We stayed at a hotel that wasn't very close to the center, but they provided a free shuttle to Kawaguchiko station in the morning, which was convenient. the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. the staff were friendly and made an effort to overcome language barriers. the hotel had an onsen, although I was too intimidated to try it. There was also a restaurant onsite and a great selection of toiletries provided.
The bath towels were a bit thin and small.
